FAQ
When do you come into the hospital?
We visit the MBU each morning, trying to arrive between 9 and 10 am. We visit all mamas, unless the nurses request that a patient not be disturbed.
How long does a session take?
Our goal is to be efficient and not take too much of your time in the hospital, so we try to keep our sessions around 15 minutes long. If your baby needs a little more time to be soothed and calmed, we are flexible and try to encourage whatever the baby needs to provide the most comfortable experience possible.
When will we get our photos?
After the photos are taken, they will be edited and loaded into a gallery on our website. You will then be emailed a link and password to enable you to view the photos of your newborn. The whole process can take up to a week and sometimes a little longer, depending on how many sessions we are in the process of editing. We do try to get the galleries up within a week of the photo session.
